We had the original version in our old house so when we moved, we knew that we wanted another one. This unit is so much smaller and fits nicely on the wall. Like the original, it is outstanding at cleaning our clothes. It leaves them smelling fresh and we don’t need dryer sheets to combat static! We are saving so much money and eliminating those chemicals from our clothing. Very satisfied!
This is my fourth purchase of these. The new ones are amazing!!! Love the smaller size !

I love this machine. Clothes come out clean and smell great. I haven’t bought laundry detergent in 3 months. I was waiting to post a review to be sure I really liked it. Makes my laundry room smell amazing. No funky odors in my machine. Way less harsh on my clothes. Way less lint in my dryer because the machine isn’t so hard on our laundry. I’m going to buy these as gifts for family! Eco friendly for my septic!!! Safer for the environment!!!
I didn't post right away because I wanted to use it and see if it lived up to the hype. IT DOES!!!!!! One of my sons works at Chick-fil-A and the other works at Lowe's. So one son's work clothes smell like chicken (STRONG chicken smell) and the other comes home a lot of times looking like he rolled around in concrete..... We don't like a lot of fragrance in our laundry and try to keep things as natural as possible. With all my normal "tricks" for laundry - I haven't been able to really get that powerful chicken smell out. And my husband said the smell contaminated the other clothes....🤣 This O3 machine gets all the concrete/dirt out AND the chicken smell!!! Winner winner CHICKEN dinner. No soap required and they are really clean with a fresh neutral smell!!! 😲 Even better - the customer service is outstanding. I ordered the PLUS system which is more expensive because I wanted the option to "boost" the O3. When we hooked it up and I started my first load, the Boost option did not work (light is supposed to go green). So I sent an email on a SATURDAY to the support email listed. Within a couple hours, Scott had left me a voicemail and emailed me asking me to return his call so he could help. They are based in Hickory, NC and he provided one of the most helpful customer service experiences I have ever had. He asked questions about what was wrong, what washer I had, etc. Asked if I could send him a little video showing him when I pushed the button, etc. and said he would get back to me with an answer. He texted me back an hour later and the solution was a simple button sync that solved the problem. Wah-lah. I'm telling you - this is amazing - HIGHLY recommend!! 💖
This is my second 03 water work system. The last one lasted four years and I never bought any laundry detergent. My grandson, who lives with me, works at a seafood restaurant/market and even his fishy, greasy clothes come out, clean with no smell!
This has seriously been the BEST upgrade we’ve made so far in our home…we love it so much. First off, we have 6 dogs (4 adorable mini dachshund puppies) and 4 chickens. Our clothes are so clean, so little lint like everyone says and NO SOAP!!! Alzheimer’s runs in my family so I’m making changes to clean up our environment. The spray bottle cleaned our huge sectional couch and WE ARE SOLD!!! Can’t stop telling my friends about it and I really want to get a unit for my daughter as a wedding gift. 💝. Thank you for such a wonderful product, everyday I’m amazed and grateful. The other day I cleaned the thick baked on oven gunk from the oven door. Cleaned the OVEN with WATER 💦, how crazy is that!? Had to share a post on Facebook. Blew my mind 🤯. Wish I could also share a picture of that with our video!!!

We were cautiously optimistic but are happy to say it really works. All the things it claims are true, no detergent needed, no fabric softener needed, no hot water needed. Fresh, clean clothes and a fresh clean washer.
Amazed at how it eliminates odors with just water. I used to have to add vinegar along with laundry detergent. Now I don't need either. The smell of the water is different too. Not in a bad way though, but noticeable. It beats adding chemicals for sure though. Glad I bought it.
Works really well, regular detergent has a lot of garbage that is just to increase volume and make it shelf stable things that cause a lot o build up on your machine and cloths - this little device does a really great job! The scinece for it has been around for a long time. Works well, saves you money, easy to use. Win win win
The smell is incredible. There is something so beautiful tucked away in my memories of lightening rain storms and the ozone it creates. 2nd load going and I just keep wandering back into the laundry area to catch a scent. Okay, the clothes also smell clean and fresh! So excited to have this product!
We love our new O3 Smart Laundry System! It’s quiet, gets our clothes clean, and keeps our washing machine mold free. Installation was a breeze. Great customer service too. We highly recommend it!
This is our second waterworks O3 water conditioner. The first worked well but lasted just short of a year and a half. My wife is very chemical sensitive so the conditioner is good at not adding any fragrances from detergents etc. It does a good job of cleaning our clothes without the extra chemicals. My wife did like the earlier model that had more metal in the case. This model is all plastic exterior. Easy installation. The brackets did change so more holes in the wall.
I waited so long for this and it didn’t disappoint. So far super happy and I love the smell.
Awesome product. Very easy set up. Very skeptical wife and daughters did not believe it would work. They are now believers. The lack of lint in our lint trap on the dryer shows us how much more gentle this is on our clothes than the harsh detergents were. We had grease stains on a shirt. We just pre-treated them with shout and ran them through cold wash. The stains came out. The odors come out of my dirtiest work shirts. Could not be happier.
This is my second O3waterworks product. I would recommend it to anyone for the washing results as well as the customer service.

I’m getting used to the machine and how to use it but still not sure it’s working optimally. I had very high expectations as a friend across the street washed a load of our laundry with her ozone machine and it worked a miracle on our running clothes that had a deep funk smell even after washed at our house. Her ozone got the smell out completely. Now that we have our own, it doesn’t seem to be delivering those miraculous results but still very good. I don’t smell the ozone when it’s running but there are bubbles. Your customer service has been excellent in responding to my emails and helping me trouble shoot. One thing of note, my friend across the street said that when she first got the ozone machine it was hooked up to her old washer. When they got a new washer she could smell the ozone much stronger and the ozone machine seemed to work even better. Maybe that’s what’s happening with ours - it’s hooked up to a washer that’s 10 years old.
This is our second O3 Waterworks unit. We absolutely love doing laundry with them! Your clothes get clean including stains from young children, your clothes and laundry room smell fresh, and your front loading washing machine doesn’t have an odor! As an added bonus, the newest model is small and attractive in the laundry room.
I love this product. Tried it while doing a job in Montana and was sold. Im an industrial painter work alot at mills and clothes smell so good and no more mildew wet dog smell.
I love the fact that the design has changed but still getting the same quality and experience.

I’ve had my eye on this ozone laundry system for awhile. I thought it was pricey for what it was. I grabbed one on sale. OH MY, it’s so worth FULL PRICE!!! No laundry detergent and the clothes smell so fresh and feel so clean. GREAT INVESTMENT
Works terrific. I was a little skeptical. I bought a new Samsung AI all in one washer dryer and it pairs very well with it. Close come out clean
Really easy install - took all of 10 minutes. Conditioned beads - expect small traces of water as the system equalizes - if you read the stickers on the unit it won't surprise you like it did me. Sent an email to support and got a response, on a Sunday within short. So far super pleased with my purchase.

We own and operate a six-room inn. Our two top-load Speed Queens go through one to three loads per day. We bought our first O3 Waterworks over two years ago to see if all the claims for it were true. We bought our second one a month later. The first one has just recently shown signs of age - the blue light showing flow rate doesn't light up. It's still working, but we depend upon so heavily upon it that we've ordered a new one. . We’ve gotten plenty of use from the original one. It’s more than paid for itself. The support staff O3 was very helpful.
Absolutely love the unit and the customer service. This is our second unit and we’re so pleased with how everything is working and saving money on water and laundry detergent is a win-win!
This is my second machine. The first one died after almost 5 years of heavy use. The customer service was excellent. It was easy to install. It is much quieter than my first machine. I love this product!
In 20 minutes, I had this installed! And that included having to convert my single outlet behind my dryer to a double outlet. Looks clean and sleek, and doesn’t require any extra work or steps to start a load of laundry. Can’t wait to use it more to see how well it works, but so far, it’s made my kitchen towels super bright and soft, and removed any odor.
The O3 Waterworks Laundry system is super simple and quick to install and even easier to use. We're a family of 4 plus dogs and cats, after trying and testing all kinds of detergents soaps and other laundry systems I came across the O3 Waterworks' system. It's been in use for a few months now and it works incredibly well, wouldn't use anything else anymore to do our laundry. Had a really great experience with customer service, can only recommend O3 Waterworks!
The installation was a breeze. I have been running it for about a week and I have to say, it is as advertised. My clothes are clean and fluffy. My favorite part is the smell when the wash is going, smells like a thunderstorm! 10/10 would recommend to others!!

Love not having to buy detergent
At first it felt strange not to add laundry soap but after a few loads I got the hang of it. I love how when I walk into my laundry room it smells so fresh as does the laundry! Still not sure how it works so well cleaning my clothes but it really does a great job!

Wow! I was an ozone devotee when it came to health and beauty but had no idea there was ozone for the laundry! Love the ease of use and cleanliness and I will definitely be amortizing costs not purchasing laundry detergent and keeping my septic system and pipes in top shape! If there are deep stains or spots, I have added a touch of detergent to the spot but LOVE the clean feel and scent of the ozone a lot! Highly recommend you check it out! I feel like I’ve stepped out of the 1950’s and into a bright future!!
