Even better - the customer service is outstanding. I ordered the PLUS system which is more expensive because I wanted the option to "boost" the O3. When we hooked it up and I started my first load, the Boost option did not work (light is supposed to go green). So I sent an email on a SATURDAY to the support email listed. Within a couple hours, Scott had left me a voicemail and emailed me asking me to return his call so he could help. They are based in Hickory, NC and he provided one of the most helpful customer service experiences I have ever had. He asked questions about what was wrong, what washer I had, etc. Asked if I could send him a little video showing him when I pushed the button, etc. and said he would get back to me with an answer. He texted me back an hour later and the solution was a simple button sync that solved the problem. Wah-lah.

This has seriously been the BEST upgrade we’ve made so far in our home…we love it so much. First off, we have 6 dogs (4 adorable mini dachshund puppies) and 4 chickens. This is our second waterworks O3 water conditioner. The first worked well but lasted just short of a year and a half. My wife is very chemical sensitive so the conditioner is good at not adding any fragrances from detergents etc. It does a good job of cleaning our clothes without the extra chemicals. My wife did like the earlier model that had more metal in the case. This model is all plastic exterior. Easy installation. The brackets did change so more holes in the wall.

Awesome product. Very easy set up. Very skeptical wife and daughters did not believe it would work. They are now believers. The lack of lint in our lint trap on the dryer shows us how much more gentle this is on our clothes than the harsh detergents were.
We had grease stains on a shirt. We just pre-treated them with shout and ran them through cold wash. The stains came out. The odors come out of my dirtiest work shirts. Could not be happier.

I’m getting used to the machine and how to use it but still not sure it’s working optimally. I had very high expectations as a friend across the street washed a load of our laundry with her ozone machine and it worked a miracle on our running clothes that had a deep funk smell even after washed at our house. Her ozone got the smell out completely. Now that we have our own, it doesn’t seem to be delivering those miraculous results but still very good. I don’t smell the ozone when it’s running but there are bubbles. Your customer service has been excellent in responding to my emails and helping me trouble shoot.
One thing of note, my friend across the street said that when she first got the ozone machine it was hooked up to her old washer. When they got a new washer she could smell the ozone much stronger and the ozone machine seemed to work even better. Maybe that’s what’s happening with ours - it’s hooked up to a washer that’s 10 years old.

We own and operate a six-room inn. Our two top-load Speed Queens go through one to three loads per day. We bought our first O3 Waterworks over two years ago to see if all the claims for it were true. We bought our second one a month later. The first one has just recently shown signs of age - the blue light showing flow rate doesn't light up. It's still working, but we depend upon so heavily upon it that we've ordered a new one. . We’ve gotten plenty of use from the original one. It’s more than paid for itself. Wow! I was an ozone devotee when it came to health and beauty but had no idea there was ozone for the laundry! Love the ease of use and cleanliness and I will definitely be amortizing costs not purchasing laundry detergent and keeping my septic system and pipes in top shape!
