Amazed at how it eliminates odors with just water. I used to have to add vinegar along with laundry detergent. Now I don't need either. The smell of the water is different too. Not in a bad way though, but noticeable. It beats adding chemicals for sure though. Glad I bought it.

We own and operate a six-room inn. Our two top-load Speed Queens go through one to three loads per day. We bought our first O3 Waterworks over two years ago to see if all the claims for it were true. We bought our second one a month later. The first one has just recently shown signs of age - the blue light showing flow rate doesn't light up. It's still working, but we depend upon so heavily upon it that we've ordered a new one. . We’ve gotten plenty of use from the original one. It’s more than paid for itself. The support staff O3 was very helpful.

At first it felt strange not to add laundry soap but after a few loads I got the hang of it. I love how when I walk into my laundry room it smells so fresh as does the laundry! Still not sure how it works so well cleaning my clothes but it really does a great job!

Wow! I was an ozone devotee when it came to health and beauty but had no idea there was ozone for the laundry! Love the ease of use and cleanliness and I will definitely be amortizing costs not purchasing laundry detergent and keeping my septic system and pipes in top shape! If there are deep stains or spots, I have added a touch of detergent to the spot but LOVE the clean feel and scent of the ozone a lot! Highly recommend you check it out! It’s great my clothes have never been cleaner. The smell is pretty great too. As far as stains go, I would give that a three stars. If you don’t treat a stain before it goes in the wash it won’t come out.
Cleaning the clothes of a family with 3 kids and 2 adults without detergent sounded pretty nuts. But we are always looking for ways to cut down on the chemicals so we thought we would give it a try. The cost was reasonable especially with the coupon code found on the website. We decided to give it a few months to see how it worked. My wife and I were expecting to go back to the detergent but to our amazement we noticed that our clothes were getting clean and actually my workout clothes that were slated for the trash if we could get the smell out actually stopped smelling!! And our sheets actually looked whiter than before as well. I cannot remember how long they say these ozone generating machines usually last but as long as we keep getting these results I expect to get a other one when this one bites the dust. ( I do hope however it is several years). I am interested to see how it does on my camo for whitetail season this fall.
Love this ozone system! Our first unit didn’t work, but the company quickly sent a replacement and it’s been awesome. The fresh ozone smell is really obvious and nice. I love seeing the blue light come on when the bubbles are going. It works perfectly with our Speed Queen washer. We hardly use detergent anymore — just toss in a bit of natural stain remover for really dirty stuff. The ozone completely got rid of that stubborn musty smell in my pillowcases that nothing else could touch. My clothes finally smell fresh and look clean again!
I do like the unit. I gave a 4 stars as I can’t go entirely without detergent. With 4 kiddos and their laundry, it wasn’t coming completely clean looking, so I opt to add just a little detergent. I love the clean smell of the clothes. I do think it makes my towels softer feeling.

We’ve only had it installed for a couple of weeks but, so far it’s been great! 👍 The funky smell from our front load wash machine disappeared almost immediately! We use zero laundry detergent most of the time. My wife used a couple of laundry detergent sheets once or twice as she thought the extra dirty loads might need it. (I don’t think it was necessary) I absolutely LOVE the clean O3 smell it creates, it smells like a fresh rain storm! I’ve been spreading the word about this unit as I highly recommend it.
