MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your delivery date, for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Product replaced or refunded at the discretion of the company after a 30 day return period.

How to request a return or exchange:
Please contact support@o3waterworks.org to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and include the original packaging and all included parts. If 30 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless the product is defective.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time by the issuing bank before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the unit is determined to be defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations:
Sorry we cannot cancel orders after they have already been placed. If you are unsatisfied at all you can send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days.

We will try to submit your requests prior to shipping, if received in time, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes once it has been processed.
Warranty Statement
The manufacturer warrants this item against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for residential use. This warranty does not apply to any damage to the product by accident, misuse, or modified, improper installation or by affixing accessories not produced by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not accountable whatsoever for product installation. There is no further expressed warranty. The manufacturer shall not be legally responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages, or damage that may have occurred to articles being laundered. Not all textiles are manufactured with color fast dyes. The manufacturer disclaims any and all implied warranties.
