ADJUSTABLE SETTING - Choose your desired O3 concentration, similar to running a load with more, less, or no detergent. For normal loads, use "Normal" mode. For dirtier laundry use “Boost” mode, which doubles the O3 concentration. For water only choose “No O3” mode to do a load without any O3.

Works really well, regular detergent has a lot of garbage that is just to increase volume and make it shelf stable things that cause a lot o build up on your machine and cloths - this little device does a really great job! The scinece for it has been around for a long time. Works well, saves you money, easy to use. Win win win
The unit arrived within a few weeks - which was very fast for a pre-order. I installed it about 3 weeks after it arrived. Installation instructions were comprehensive and I had the unit ready to go in a half hour. The unit has been used several times a week for 4 weeks now. Towels have regained their original softness. All the laundry smells better. I ordered a unit to give to our daughter for X-Mass during the Black Friday sale. This is a wonderful product. I’m getting used to the machine and how to use it but still not sure it’s working optimally. I had very high expectations as a friend across the street washed a load of our laundry with her ozone machine and it worked a miracle on our running clothes that had a deep funk smell even after washed at our house. Her ozone got the smell out completely. Now that we have our own, it doesn’t seem to be delivering those miraculous results but still very good. I don’t smell the ozone when it’s running but there are bubbles. Your customer service has been excellent in responding to my emails and helping me trouble shoot. One thing of note, my friend across the street said that when she first got the ozone machine it was hooked up to her old washer. When they got a new washer she could smell the ozone much stronger and the ozone machine seemed to work even better. Maybe that’s what’s happening with ours - it’s hooked up to a washer that’s 10 years old.
This is my second O3waterworks product. I would recommend it to anyone for the washing results as well as the customer service.
Awesome product. Very easy set up. Very skeptical wife and daughters did not believe it would work. They are now believers. The lack of lint in our lint trap on the dryer shows us how much more gentle this is on our clothes than the harsh detergents were. We had grease stains on a shirt. We just pre-treated them with shout and ran them through cold wash. The stains came out. The odors come out of my dirtiest work shirts. Could not be happier.
this is my second laundry + system. Absolutely LOVE this laundry system! As a Mom of 13 children - 11 boys & 2 girls, plus a couple of foster children, I have done LOTS - maybe tons, of laundry for the last 58 (yup!) years. I am very picky about how my laundry comes out, so I have been examining our clothes as they come through this 03 system. I am very happy with how clean and fresh everything is. Absolutely no complaints! It is easy to install & very easy to use - not one bit complicated, for those who do not like to think of using 'new' things. We have hard water and that is not a problem with this system.
We had the original version in our old house so when we moved, we knew that we wanted another one. This unit is so much smaller and fits nicely on the wall. Like the original, it is outstanding at cleaning our clothes. It leaves them smelling fresh and we don’t need dryer sheets to combat static! I didn't post right away because I wanted to use it and see if it lived up to the hype. IT DOES!!!!!! One of my sons works at Chick-fil-A and the other works at Lowe's. So one son's work clothes smell like chicken (STRONG chicken smell) and the other comes home a lot of times looking like he rolled around in concrete..... We don't like a lot of fragrance in our laundry and try to keep things as natural as possible. With all my normal "tricks" for laundry - I haven't been able to really get that powerful chicken smell out. And my husband said the smell contaminated the other clothes....🤣 This O3 machine gets all the concrete/dirt out AND the chicken smell!!! Winner winner CHICKEN dinner. No soap required and they are really clean with a fresh neutral smell!!! 😲 Even better - the customer service is outstanding. I ordered the PLUS system which is more expensive because I wanted the option to "boost" the O3. When we hooked it up and I started my first load, the Boost option did not work (light is supposed to go green). So I sent an email on a SATURDAY to the support email listed. Within a couple hours, Scott had left me a voicemail and emailed me asking me to return his call so he could help. They are based in Hickory, NC and he provided one of the most helpful customer service experiences I have ever had. He asked questions about what was wrong, what washer I had, etc. Asked if I could send him a little video showing him when I pushed the button, etc. and said he would get back to me with an answer. He texted me back an hour later and the solution was a simple button sync that solved the problem. Wah-lah. I'm telling you - this is amazing - HIGHLY recommend!! 💖

This is our second waterworks O3 water conditioner. The first worked well but lasted just short of a year and a half. My wife is very chemical sensitive so the conditioner is good at not adding any fragrances from detergents etc. It does a good job of cleaning our clothes without the extra chemicals. My wife did like the earlier model that had more metal in the case. This model is all plastic exterior. Easy installation. The brackets did change so more holes in the wall.
I waited so long for this and it didn’t disappoint. So far super happy and I love the smell.

Love not having to use detergent anymore.However, I find some of my laundry coming out of the washing machine with areas of light bleaching splotches on my clothes.not to happy about that. On my tee shirts and towels. What can I do to further prevent this from happening? Is it from using the boost mode?

This system is REALLY easy to hook up and use. I feel it does help my laundry to smell better, I use the boost mode on every load, sometimes with an extra rinse . I still use some detergent while using it. I haven’t tried not using detergent yet. I am pleased with it so far. I wash everything in cold water now and hopefully that will help with my electric bill. It’s a useful unit to have.
i wish this product was available long ago. im allergic to just about everything. detergents never get clothes completely clean, remove deodorant, smells, sanitize, etc. the O3 system is absolutely incredible. i have already recommended to everyone i know. someone i work with even got it after my raving about it to them. i love this device.

I love that my clothes are getting clean without chemicals and clogging soaps. I love the Ozone smell when it’s in action. The installation was easy. For a pleasant scent to my clothes I put a few drops of lavender essential oil to my wool dryer ball. So far it’s been a 5 star experience!

I absolutely love this machine. I own a cleaning business and our rags get nasty after some time of use. I spent 2 weeks researching how to get the smell out of my rags and the only thing that worked was soaking them overnight in borox and dawn dishsoap. The borox removed the smell but left residue in my rags that would streak mirrors, glass, stainless steel, ect. I washed my rags on hot water, with a prewash, fresh water rinse, and a heavy amount of laundry soap. This would get me about 9 months before I had to buy new rags or soak them over night and wash them three times. Nothing was worse than spraying your rags and they smelt like urine. I came across this system through my research but I didnt want to spend $500 for the plus model for a hale Mary. I finally caved and bought it when it was $100 off. I am so happy I took the chance. I now wash my rags on a heavy load, the boost cycle, and no laundry soap or borox. My loads went from 1 hour 47 minutes on the hottest water setting we could get to 1 hour and 4 minutes and they smell great. I thought this would clean anything. I encounter two situations that made me question the machine within the first week. The machine was not successful on My sons old work tshirts. In fairness, he sweats bad and they already went through a season prior to this year. I washed them three times on the boost cycle. First cycle was with a small amount of soap, the second cycle was with borox and a small amount of soap, and the third was was a lot more soap with oxi. They still smelt like sweat when they were wet. So i soaked them in borox and dawn dishsoap overnight and washed them one more time and everything was gone. This by no means was the fault of the machine. Now we wash his work cloths on the boost cycle without laundry soap it they come out clean. The only thing I will say, is watch what you wash on the boost cycle. I wash everything on boost because I hate smells but with that being said, dont wash rugs, runners, or anything like that on boost. It makes it flimsy. We had the memory foam shower mats and they came out like a towel. They were soft and smelt great but no firmness was left in them. I have turned the machine off for the new rugs so I can not say how the normal cycle will treat them. I will also add that i have 6 great danes and their bedding and blankets smells like i just bought them. I have 2 big barker beds that I purchased for my bull mastiff in 2018 and the stains and smell came out of those covers without adding laundry soap. In my experience, this machine is worth every penny. It will pay for itself within 4 months for me. But was was spending $1,800 a year on laundry soap, oxi, borox, and everything else we add to the washer. I have been using this machine for almost a month now and I have used very little laundry soap. If i continue at this pace, I wont use one large tide bottle from Costco for the year. Oh, one thing I read on the website stated you have less lint. I dont think I have seen a difference in the lint. It definitely is not more but there hasn't been enough for me to confirm there is less lint.
If this unit last long enough...I'll give it 10 stars. It absolutely cleans, disinfects and softens all fabrics. Not using hot water is refreshing. Think about it, you wouldn't drink hot water from a traditional heater. I'll update my review after the test of time but so far so good.
